Iliyana Atanasova is going to present her abstract “Effect of flip angle evolution on flow sensitives in ECG-Gated fast spin echo MRA methods at 3T” at the conference of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), April 18-24, 2009 in Hawaii.

Two of our recent publications were accepted to be presented at the Functional Imaging and Modeling of the Heart (FIMH 2009) conference which will be held in June 3-5, 2009 in Nice, France.

Ming Jack Po is a finalist in the CIMIT Prize for Primary Care. His project “Therapeutic gaming for autistic children” is among the 10 finalists of the first CIMIT Prize for Primary Healthcare. Each team will be awarded $10,000 to develop its idea in preparation for the final judging. Response to this national competition was remarkably strong, and the finalists were chosen from a field of 78 teams at 44 universities in 21 states.
