Biography
Dr. Andrew J. Einstein is a Professor of Medicine and Radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Director of Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiac CT, and Cardiac MRI. He specializes in advanced cardiovascular imaging and holds an M.D. and Ph.D. in Biomathematical Sciences. His research focuses on improving imaging techniques, radiological protection, machine learning, and the cardiovascular impacts of diseases like COVID-19. Widely published with over 300 works, Dr. Einstein has received numerous awards, including the Hermann Blumgart Award and the ACC’s Douglas P. Zipes Distinguished Young Scientist Award.
