Biography
Dr. Dimitris Metaxas, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at Rutgers University and Director of the Center for Computational Biomedicine, Imaging, and Modeling (CBIM). His research spans computer vision, medical imaging, graphics, and machine learning, focusing on areas such as human motion analysis, organ modeling, and fluid simulations. Dr. Metaxas has authored over 700 publications and holds multiple patents.
