Biography
Ming Jack Po, M.D., Ph.D., is a physician, researcher, and entrepreneur who earned his M.D. and Ph.D. from Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Fu Foundation School of Engineering. His academic focus was on healthcare technology and biomedical engineering.
Dr. Po is the CEO and founder of Ansible Health, a tech-enabled healthcare practice specializing in treating severe respiratory diseases across the United States. Prior to this, he worked at Google as a product manager, where he played a key role in developing healthcare-focused AI initiatives, including Google Cloud's healthcare team and Medical Brain. He has also held senior roles in healthcare delivery, medical devices, and global health.
In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Dr. Po serves on multiple boards, including AcademyHealth, El Camino Health, the Austen Riggs Center, and the NIH’s National Library of Medicine's Board of Scientific Counselors. He is also involved in advisory roles for various organizations related to healthcare IT, machine learning, and biodesign.
